Where We Ride
Here you will find a sample of some of the places we ride. It is not a complete list, and we are always looking for new areas to explore!
Local Rides
Canford Heath
When the rest of the world is in the Dolphin Centre on a wet and windy Saturday, Canford Heath is where you need to be - still one of the best cracks and it's right on your doorstep!
Wareham Forest
Some great singletrack, and not too hilly.
Redhill Rides
You wouldn't believe the variety of trails within easy reach of Bournemouth. Not too hilly, loads of single track & open heath. Typical routes include Canford Heath, Hurn Forest, Horton Tower, Cannon Hill, and Badbury Rings.
Sunday 'Special' Rides
Farther afield, based around rides featured in MBR, etc. Perfect if you've ever read the descriptions in the mags and thought, "I'd like to do that but who do I go with?", or "I can't be bothered with all that map reading." Destinations include: Winchester Downs, Dartmoor, Salisbury Plain, Bristol area, Dorchester, and many more.
The Purbecks
Sometimes known as "God's Playground", this is the place to go for big hills and stunning scenery. Great cake shops, too!
Away Days / Weekends
The club puts on various days / weekends away. These are a great opportunity to ride more varied terrain, improve your riding skills, see beautiful parts of the country, socialize and make good memories.
